Before You Begin:

• Start early! 
• Ask adults for a Letter of Recommendation . Use the Letter of Recommendation Request indicated below.  Avoid the rush - get your Letters of Recommendation taken care of  early.  
• All applications must be submitted by  2/18/24.
• Limit 1 response per scholarship. Made an mistake? Contact Mr. Alaniz.
• Read the application carefully and submit EXACTLY what it states to avoid being excluded from the application pool.
• Only apply for scholarships that you meet the requirements for.  Apply to as many scholarships as you are eligible for.  .
• Use weighted cumulative GPA.
• Be prepared to submit all required documents for the scholarship at time of submission.  See sample of submission form below.

Required Information:

• SOI General Award Application (fillable PDF)  - This is required for EACH scholarship application.
• Letters of Recommendation:  Use this form to Request for Letters of Recommendation (fillable PDF) - Fill out the  recommendation request form for the Letter of Recommendation to the person writing your letter of recommendation. Allow ample time (2 weeks or more) for the letter writer.  Submit actual letter of recommendation, not the brag sheet.  Tip: Request letters from 3 trusted adults & select top 2 letters .
• Unofficial Transcript: Download from Student or Parent Connect.  Use cumulative weighted GPA.

• Select Scholarships may require additional document(s).

Submission:

• Click on the the name of scholarship that you want to apply for.

• Upload files as prompted
